Nintendo Begins Sending Out Confirmation Emails for Global Switch 2 Experience Events

On January 27th, 2025, Nintendo reportedly commenced distribution of confirmation emails to attendees selected for its upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events, scheduled across the globe. Excited fans quickly shared their confirmation emails on Twitter (X).

The registration period, which opened on January 17th, 2025, following the Switch 2 trailer reveal, concluded on January 26th, 2025. A free Nintendo Account was required for registration. Nintendo previously published registration guidelines and attendee expectations on its website.

Those not selected received emails detailing information about a waitlist opening on January 29th, 2025, at 4 PM ET / 3 PM CT / 1 PM PT, offering a chance for additional spots or cancellations.
