Following the successful Helldivers 2 crossover with Killzone, speculation is rife about a potential collaboration with another iconic franchise: Warhammer 40,000. While some doubt Games Workshop's willingness, Arrowhead Studios head Shams Jorjani confirmed their enthusiasm for such a crossover, stating, "I can say that GW would love a crossover, we're big fans of [Warhammer] 40k ourselves."
This statement fueled fan hopes for a Warhammer 40,000 collaboration.
Helldivers 2's premium content now focuses on carefully selected thematic partnerships, exemplified by the Killzone 2 collaboration. The developers emphasized that these crossovers will be infrequent, only occurring when they organically enhance the game's world.
The Killzone partnership includes a community challenge tied to Galactic War, offering players the chance to earn additional Killzone-themed rewards based on overall team performance.
