In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Lord Semine's wedding to Agnes hits a snag when his ceremonial sword vanishes. Your mission: recover the missing weapon.

Finding the Sword Thief

Radovan reveals the sword, crafted from the Hermit's Sword, is missing. He saw a man in yellow acting suspiciously. Your search begins by questioning individuals in yellow attire. While most deny involvement, some point towards a yellow-clad man seen heading upstairs in the stable.

Investigating the stable's upper level, you'll find Hans attempting to woo a woman. Though wearing yellow, Hans isn't the culprit but reveals Svatya, the bailiff's son (and the bride's brother), as the thief. Hans, however, didn't follow Svatya after the theft, leaving you to confront Svatya directly.

Confronting Svatya

Locate Svatya near the musicians playing for the wedding guests. He's easily identifiable, standing near the stable wall, sword in hand. Svatya confesses to stealing the sword due to resentment towards Old Semine. His intention was to embarrass Old Semine, but he overlooked the potential consequences.

Svatya reveals he tossed the sword into a nearby pond.

Retrieving the Sword

The pond is accessible via a door behind Radovan. Once at the pond's edge, the sword is visible in the water. Retrieve it.

Returning the Sword and Completing the Quest

Return the sword to Radovan. You can choose to reveal Svatya's guilt or simply focus on the sword's recovery. Ensure all pre-wedding tasks are completed before speaking with Radovan. Following the sword's return, the wedding ceremony commences, allowing progression to the next main quest.
