Play Svara Online: A Comprehensive Guide to the Card Game

Svara (also known as Svarka) is a captivating card game played with a standard 32-card deck (7s through Aces). At least two players are needed. The game boasts a staggering 4960 possible combinations!

Gameplay Rules

Each player receives three cards dealt clockwise. The hand's point value determines the winner. Here's the scoring breakdown:

1. Number Cards (7-9): Each card is worth its face value (7, 8, or 9 points).
2. Face Cards (10, J, Q, K): Each card is worth 10 points.
3. Aces: Each Ace is worth 11 points.
4. Same Suit Combination: Cards of the same suit are added together. For example: Q♦, K♦, 10♠ = 20 points; 10♠, 8♠, K♥ = 18 points.
5. Ace Combinations: Aces can be combined regardless of suit. Two Aces equal 22 points, three Aces equal 33 points.
6. The 7♣ ("Ceco Jonchev," "Chechak," "Chotora," "Shpoka," or "Yoncho"): This card combines with any other cards for a total of 11 points.
7. Three of a Kind (7s): Three 7s form the strongest combination, worth 34 points.
8. Other Three of a Kind: Other three-of-a-kind combinations are worth three times the value of the rank. For example, three 8s are worth 24 points (3 x 8 = 24), three Queens are worth 30 points (3 x 10 = 30).

• 10♠, 10♦, 10♣ = 30 points

• 8♠, A♦, 7♣ = 26 points (Note: This corrects the original example which incorrectly stated 22 points)
• 10♦, 9♦, J♦ = 29 points
• Q♣, Q♥, Q♦ = 30 points
• 7♣, K♥, K♦ = 31 points
• 7♣, A♥, A♦ = 33 points
• Two 7s (any suit) = 14 points (Note: This corrects the original example which incorrectly stated 23 points)

Betting Rules

1. Ante: Before dealing, each player places an ante bet.
2. Blind Bet: The player to the dealer's left can optionally place a blind bet before seeing their cards.
3. Doubling the Blind Bet: The next player to the left can optionally double the blind bet. This option is only available if a blind bet has been placed.
4. Subsequent Blind Bets: If a player skips the blind bet, the subsequent player cannot place a blind bet.
5. Post-Deal Betting: After cards are dealt, players place their bets. If a blind bet exists, subsequent bets must at least double it.
6. Revealing Hands: A player who placed a blind bet must pay the current bet to see other players' hands.
7. Unpaid Blind Bet: If no one matches a blind bet, the player who placed the last blind bet wins.
8. No Blind Bet: If no blind bets are placed and no other bets are made, the dealer wins.
9. Winning the Game: The player with the highest point total wins.
10. Svara (Tie): If two or more players tie, a new game (Svara) commences, including all previous bets.
11. Joining Svara: Players can join a Svara game by paying a specified entry fee.
