Clash Royale has finally released a highly anticipated upgrade for the Inferno Dragon. This fiery Legendary card receives its first Evolution nearly a decade after its initial introduction. To celebrate this milestone, Supercell partnered with Finnish comedian Ismo Leikola for a unique reveal event.
After nine years since its debut, the Inferno Dragon stars in a new Clash Royale trailer. Watch Ismo Leikola shine as the dragon's eccentric Hollywood agent, negotiating for greater fame and recognition.
The mischievous dragon temporarily abandons its Clash Royale battles to pursue grander ambitions in Hollywood.
Experience the Inferno Dragon's antics and Leikola's comedic negotiation tactics at Supercell's Clash Royale headquarters.
The Inferno Dragon's Evolution form significantly enhances its battlefield performance. Unlike the original version that reset its damage buildup when switching targets, the evolved variant maintains its increasing damage output for greater effectiveness.
The themed season, titled How to Evolve Your Dragon!, introduces the Inferno Dragon Evolution and brings back the popular 2v2 League mode. Players can team up with friends or random partners to climb the competitive ladder.
Milestone Events beginning from Arena 7 offer rewards including 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetic items.
Crown Chase #1 delivers a decorated Battle Banner and an Epic Book of Cards, followed by Crown Chase #2 with another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards.
Developers have scheduled various special Game Modes and Challenges throughout June and early July to showcase the new Evolution cards. The Inferno Dragon Evolution Draft runs June 2-9, followed by the Inferno Dragon Challenge from June 6-9, offering a Battle Banner and exclusive Emote.
Evolution-themed events continue with Evolution Mayhem (June 9-16), Magical Trio (June 16-23), 4 Card Showdown (June 23-30), and Evolution Bonanza (June 30-July 7) featuring increasingly powerful deck configurations.
The game is available for download on Google Play Store. For additional gaming updates, explore our coverage on Marvel Contest of Champions' latest Fantastic Four: First Steps expansion.
