While it might not be the most thrilling compared to direct combat, *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* offers a robust stealth system, allowing players to sneak past enemies. A key element of this stealth approach is the ability to throw rocks, which can be a game-changer in your strategy. Here's how to master rock throwing in the game.
Remember, you can only throw rocks while in stealth mode. To enter stealth, click the right stick on your controller or press C on your PC. Once in stealth, hold the following button to prepare to throw a rock, depending on your platform:
As you hold the button, Henry's right hand will appear on screen, ready with a pebble. A small crosshair will also appear, showing you where the rock will land. Aim carefully, and when you're ready, release the button to throw the rock.

The beauty of rock throwing in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* is that rocks are unlimited, so you don't need to worry about running out or retrieving them. However, since Henry throws small pebbles, the noise they make is quite subtle. Ensure your target is close to where you aim, as the noise radius is limited. If you hit objects like cups or plates, the sound will be sharper and more likely to attract attention.
Rocks can also be used to knock down bird nests, which are scattered throughout the game's world. These nests can contain valuable items like eggs, which offer a small nutritional boost, or even dice badges if you're fortunate.
That's all you need to know about throwing rocks in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. For more tips and guides, The Escapist has plenty of resources, including how to get the best horse or how to sell stolen items, to help you on your journey.
