Get ready for a spine-tingling escape! The Haunted Carnival, a new escape room-style puzzler, is now available on Android. Prepare to explore—and hopefully escape—a truly eerie carnival.
Your path to freedom is blocked by five distinct rooms, each containing five challenging puzzles. It seems that all it takes to transform a fun day at the carnival into a terrifying nightmare is dimmed lights and a few murderous clowns. Dare to test your nerve?
This escape room puzzler plunges you into the heart of the haunted carnival with one objective: escape. You'll encounter numerous obstacles along the way. Similar to last week's featured game, Legacy Reawakening, while employing point-and-click adventure conventions, The Haunted Carnival offers the freedom to explore a fully rendered carnival environment.
The carnival isn't a single, continuous space. Instead, it's divided into five distinct rooms, each presenting unique puzzle challenges. The Haunted Carnival promises a blend of intrigue and spookiness. If you're afraid of clowns, however, you might want to proceed with caution!
Initially, I was somewhat skeptical upon noticing the use of AI art in The Haunted Carnival's icon. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the game's actual gameplay, featuring crisp, appealing low-poly environments.
While I can't yet offer a full gameplay review, if the puzzles are as well-designed as the environments, The Haunted Carnival is definitely worth checking out.
