Dive into the enthralling universe of Scarlet Girls, a brand-new Idle RPG that introduces you to an all-girl squad of technologically enhanced mecha waifus. Set in the 119th year of the Old Euro Calendar, the game unfolds in a world where mutated animals and powerful beings have pushed humanity to the brink of extinction. As one of humanity's last hopes, your mission is to recruit and train these mecha girls to combat the menacing catastromechs and restore peace to Earth. This beginner's guide will illuminate the core game mechanics and various game modes that will help you enhance your account's power and progression. Let's dive in!
The heart of Scarlet Girls lies in its Idle-based combat mechanics, designed for players who prefer a more relaxed gaming experience without the need for manual battle engagement. The game operates on a turn-based system where both allies and enemies take actions according to their Speed stat. A round concludes once every character has had their turn. You can deploy up to five characters in battle, and the game offers a convenient "Quick Dispatch" feature that automatically arranges your strongest characters into optimal formations. Once set up, you can sit back and enjoy the visually stunning animations accompanying each character's special ability.
In Scarlet Girls, your characters, officially termed "Stellaris," automatically utilize their powerful active and passive abilities during combat. Each skill has a cooldown period, requiring a certain number of turns before it can be used again. The key to success lies in crafting synergistic squads of mecha girls capable of overcoming your adversaries. The battles unfold in real-time, leaving no room for interference, so your strategy hinges on the strength of your deployed characters and the effectiveness of your line-ups.
Each Stellaris belongs to one of four core classes, which define their roles and utility:
Recruitment of Stellaris occurs through the gacha system known as "Echo." Stellaris are available in various rarities – R, SR, SSR, and SSR+. Higher rarity Stellaris possess superior base stats (Attack, Defense, HP) and stronger abilities that can significantly influence the outcome of battles when utilized effectively. At the global launch, the "Normal Echo" banner is available, where players can summon R to SSR Stellaris using Echo tickets or Diamonds. An SSR character is guaranteed within 40 summons, and each summon also awards 20 Echo points. Accumulating 2000 Echo points allows you to summon a random SSR character from one of the four elemental banners (excluding Nebula), with your progress tracked on the right-hand side of the Echo system.
The probabilities of recruiting different rarities of Stellaris are as follows:
