Pokémon GO Tour: Unova Event Brings Black and White Kyurem

Get ready, Pokémon GO trainers! The highly anticipated Black and White Kyurem are finally arriving in Pokémon GO as part of the global GO Tour: Unova event, taking place March 1st and 2nd, from 10 AM to 6 PM local time.

This legendary duo, fan favorites from the Pokémon Black and White games, will be available in raids. Even better, shiny versions of both will be catchable! The event also offers special in-game backgrounds inspired by the original Pokémon Black and White games.

Kyurem Fusion:

Following the success of Necrozma fusions in previous events, Pokémon GO will allow similar transformations with Kyurem.

• Black Kyurem: Fuse Kyurem with Zekrom using 1,000 Volt Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Zekrom Candy. This fusion unlocks the "Black" themed background.
• White Kyurem: Fuse Kyurem with Reshiram using 1,000 Blaze Fusion Energy, 30 Kyurem Candy, and 30 Reshiram Candy. This fusion unlocks the "White" themed background.
• Bonus: Unlocking both fusions grants access to a unique third background.
• Separation: Separating the fused forms is free. Fusion energy is earned by defeating Kyurem in raids.
• New Moves: Fused Black Kyurem learns Freeze Shock; fused White Kyurem learns Ice Burn.
