Metro Quester – Hack & Slash, a fresh dungeon exploring RPG, is now available on Android, bringing a new twist to the classic KEMCO formula. This isn't your typical turn-based JRPG; instead, it dives deep into the gritty, old-school dungeon crawler experience.
In Metro Quester – Hack & Slash, you join a crew of scavengers navigating underground ruins to gather essential supplies before your weekly food quota of 100 runs out every seven in-game days. Your journey takes you to locations like Otemachi and Ginza, where you'll scour for leftovers amidst monster-infested areas. Remember, you can only level up once you've returned to a safe camp, provided you've survived and collected enough resources.
Choose from 24 unique characters, each belonging to one of eight distinct classes. Customize your combo skills, weapons, and strategies to suit your playstyle. With each ability consuming action points and a limit of five points per turn, strategic planning becomes crucial. You're allowed only one use per ability each round, making every decision count.
As you explore the dungeon, it unfolds before you. You might uncover food buried in the dirt, encounter monster nests, pick up keys to unlock new areas, or even stumble upon a campground to establish a new base.
The game boasts a minimalistic aesthetic, with a bleak and colorless environment that starkly contrasts with your vibrant team. For a glimpse into the world of Metro Quester – Hack & Slash, check out the official trailer below.
After conquering the main content, dive into the NEW GAME+ mode for an even tougher challenge. This feature is perfect for players who enjoy replaying games with increased difficulty.
Metro Quester – Hack & Slash is now available on the Google Play Store for Android at $14.99. Please note, the game does not support game controllers and is offered in English and Japanese only. Don't miss out on this unique dungeon crawler experience!
