This highly anticipated 2D animated saga spans 26 episodes, introducing us to Korra's successor - a teenage Earthbender thrust into chaos. Original series masterminds Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko return as co-creators.
Nickelodeon describes a world torn apart by catastrophe, where our reluctant Avatar finds herself branded as humanity's doom rather than salvation. Pursued by enemies from both spiritual and mortal realms, she'll journey with her mysterious twin to preserve civilization's final sanctuaries - the legendary Seven Havens.
The series will unfold across two 13-episode seasons, marking Avatar Studios' debut television production. Meanwhile, fans can look forward to seeing grown-up Aang in theaters January 2026, when the first animated feature hits screens.
