After a much-anticipated wait, NetEase's *Once Human* has finally made its debut on mobile platforms, available for both iOS and Android users starting today. Originally launched on PC, the mobile version of *Once Human* has been eagerly awaited by fans, who can now immerse themselves in a world filled with supernatural phenomena and an abundance of firearms.
Set on the continent of Nekot, you step into the shoes of a Transcendent, one of the few survivors in a land ravaged by apocalyptic supernatural events. However, your arsenal isn't limited to swords and sorcery; instead, you'll wield modern weapons, including an array of guns and gadgets, to navigate this perilous world.
The highlight of *Once Human* is undoubtedly its expansive open world, covering a vast 256 square kilometers. This world is filled with diverse biomes and locations ripe for exploration. Whether you're fishing, farming, or engaging in combat, you'll find a mix of PvE and PvP activities to keep you entertained, depending on your preference.
More human than human
*Once Human*'s blend of a flashy near-future aesthetic with extensive gameplay mechanics has been a key reason for its high anticipation. Coupled with a positive reception from demanding PC gamers, it's definitely worth checking out. The game's dense weapon customization system is a particular draw for weapon enthusiasts, catering to those who crave a grittier, more intense experience. Whether you're teaming up with friends to establish a base or building your dream apocalypse home solo, there's plenty of fun to be had.
