Fortnite Drops Reload Mode, Bringing Back Classic Guns and Iconic Maps!

Fortnite's new "Reload" mode brings back classic locations with a modern twist! This fast-paced mode throws 40 players onto a smaller map featuring iconic spots like Tilted Towers and Retail Row, rekindling nostalgic memories.

What Makes Reload Mode Unique?

This mode emphasizes squad survival; a full squad wipe means immediate elimination – no second chances. Whether you prefer Battle Royale or Zero Build, the last squad standing wins.

Reload mode features a compact island, eliminating drivable vehicles but offering a treasure trove of unvaulted weapons. Expect to find old favorites like the Revolver, Tactical Shotgun, Lever Action Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, and Grappler.

Victory Crowns remain, and reboots grant a common Assault Rifle (plus building materials in Build mode). A dynamic Reboot Timer, starting at 30 seconds and increasing to 40, adds intensity. Eliminating enemies reduces this timer, allowing for immediate reboots.

Elimination and Strategy

Elimination adds a strategic layer. Fallen players drop Small Shield Potions, ammo, and building materials (in Build mode), keeping the action intense and resource-driven.

Exclusive Rewards

Complete intro quests for impressive XP rewards! Three quests unlock the Digital Dogfight Contrail, six earn the Pool Cubes Wrap, and nine grant the NaNa Bath Back Bling. A Victory Royale unlocks The Rezzbrella Glider.
