by Elijah Apr 18,2025

As the 2025 season kicks off, American baseball enthusiasts can look forward to a warm welcome from the cold winter with the exciting developments in Konami's premier baseball simulation, eBaseball: MLB Pro Spirit. The game is set to launch a thrilling free update on March 25th, marking the beginning of the season with fresh content and features.

The update introduces a striking new key visual featuring the series mascot, Shohei Ohtani, and welcomes two new Partner Athletes to the virtual diamond: Adley Rutschman from the Baltimore Orioles and Jackson Merrill from the San Diego Padres. These top-tier players bring their exceptional skills to the game, enhancing the realism and excitement for players.

In addition to the new athlete additions, eBaseball: MLB Pro Spirit is rolling out three new in-game events. The Japan Legends event will feature iconic Japanese MLB stars such as Ichiro Suzuki and Hideki Matsui, available for a limited time. Meanwhile, the Spring Fever 10-players Free event offers fans a chance to acquire a player from their favorite team through a special one-time free 10-pull Scout, guaranteed to include one Grade IV player.
