EA Play Bids Farewell to Two Titles in February 2025
Get ready, EA Play subscribers! February 2025 marks the departure of two popular titles from the EA Play game library. Madden NFL 23 will be removed on February 15th, followed by F1 22 on February 28th. This removal doesn't signify a complete shutdown of the games themselves; online multiplayer functionality will remain active (for now). However, EA Play members should make the most of these titles before they're gone.

Adding to the February shakeup, UFC 3's online services will cease operation on February 17th, 2025. While the game's availability on EA Play after this date remains uncertain, its core online features will be unavailable.

Don't despair, EA Play enthusiasts! The removal of these titles doesn't mean the end of the road for their respective franchises. Newer installments, including Madden NFL 24, F1 23, and UFC 4, remain accessible on the service. Furthermore, UFC 5 is set to join the EA Play lineup on January 14th, 2025. While losing games is always a downside to subscription services, the presence of updated versions in the catalog helps mitigate the impact.
