Dead by Daylight Mobile Nears End of Service

NetEase's popular mobile horror game, Dead by Daylight Mobile, is officially ending its run. After four years, the Android version will be shutting down on March 20th, 2025. This news comes as a surprise to many fans of the 4v1 asymmetrical survival game, a mobile adaptation of Behaviour Interactive's successful title. The PC and console versions remain unaffected and will continue operation.

Dead by Daylight Mobile offered players the thrilling experience of playing as either a Killer, hunting down Survivors, or a Survivor, desperately trying to evade capture. The game's unique blend of suspense and strategic gameplay captivated players worldwide since its April 2020 launch.

Dead by Daylight Mobile's End of Service (EOS) Timeline:

  • January 16th, 2025: The game will be removed from app stores.
  • March 20th, 2025: The servers will officially shut down.

Players who already have the game installed can continue playing until the March 20th shutdown. NetEase will provide information regarding refunds on January 16th, 2025, adhering to regional regulations.

For those wanting to continue their Dead by Daylight experience, the PC and console versions offer a welcoming package for new players. Additionally, existing mobile players will receive loyalty rewards based on in-game spending and XP earned.
