Escape the Cursed Forest: A Simple Non-Combat RPG

Embark on a unique RPG adventure where you, the village's best hunter, must escape a cursed forest. This isn't your typical battle-heavy RPG; instead, focus is on exploration, resource management, and strategic decision-making.

The Premise:

You arrive at a hunting tournament, only to find the forest eerily deserted. The once bustling campsite now lies in ruins, and your sense of direction, usually impeccable, fails you. You're lost, and the only clue is a strange, unsettling forest.

Key Features:

• Minimalist Gameplay: Navigate using a simple, intuitive interface with a maximum of three buttons at any given time.

• Character Creation (and Re-rolls): While character customization is limited, you can re-roll your stats as often as needed before starting the game. These stats influence your exploration success rate and encounters.

• Foria, the Quarter-Elf Guide: A mysterious quarter-elf named Foria secretly assists your escape, providing crucial items and guidance.

• Exploration and Resource Management: Uncover the forest's secrets by exploring unexplored areas. The success of your exploration attempts depends on your character's stats and the area's "fog depth."

• Wildlife Encounters (Avoidable Combat): You'll encounter various forest creatures, from wolves to frogs. Killing them yields materials for trading with Foria, but combat isn't mandatory. Maintain a safe distance to shoot your bow and arrow, or use healing items to avoid conflict. If caught, you can either try to escape or use a flashball provided by Foria.

• Cloak Crafting: Craft a cloak using gathered materials, layering it up to three times for stat boosts and occasional vitality restoration. Note that the top layer can be damaged and eventually destroyed.

• Skill Selection: Choose from a variety of randomly presented skills to enhance your capabilities.

• Autosave System: The game features an autosave system, but it's not triggered during battles. Save your progress manually in the base menu for optimal security.
