Avoid unexpected downpours with the Buienradar app! This comprehensive weather app provides real-time rain radar and detailed rain graphs, ensuring you're always prepared.

The app's core features include a 3-hour and 24-hour rain radar forecast. The radar visually displays impending rainfall, while the accompanying graph pinpoints the timing and intensity (in millimeters) of predicted precipitation. Zoom in for a hyperlocal view of your area using the magnifying glass icon.

Available for Android phones and tablets, Buienradar also offers a convenient widget displaying the rain graph, allowing for quick checks without opening the app. The Wear OS app (Google Play Store only) provides radar, graph, and hourly forecasts, with more features planned.

Additional data includes wind chill, ground temperature, sun intensity, air pressure, gusts, visibility, humidity, and sunrise/sunset times. Seasonal radar maps (pollen, mosquitoes in summer; snow and ground temperature in winter) provide timely alerts.

A 14-day forecast is available in graph and detailed list view (hourly for 7 days, daily averages for the following week). Customizable rain alerts (push notifications) can be set for specific times and locations.

An ad-free Buienradar Premium subscription (€4.99) is available in the app's settings.
