The app further assists users in improving daily habits, planning workouts, and achieving personalized fitness goals.

This update brings a significant enhancement: video tutorials! Gain insights into the training routines of your favorite Olympians. Customize workouts to your needs by adjusting the number of rounds, repetitions, exercise duration, and rest periods. You can also enable GPS tracking to monitor your progress during runs on nearby trails. Please note that fitness data from previous app versions has not been carried over.
