Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 faces yet another delay, with its new release window set for October 2025. Dive into the latest updates on the game and explore its history of delays.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is experiencing another delay, pushing its release to October 2025. The official announcement was made via the game's Twitter (X) account on March 26, accompanied by a video update.
In the video, Bloodlines 2 Executive Producer Marco Behrmann discussed the game's current development status. He stated, "The status of the game right now is that the game is done. We are currently working on bug fixing, stability, and performance so we can deliver the best experience to you guys once it releases."
Paradox has been actively sharing development progress through Dev Diaries, covering aspects like characters, stories, and mechanics. However, as of now, all Dev Diaries will be paused to allow the developers to concentrate on enhancing the game's quality.

Bloodlines 2 was initially unveiled in March 2019 with a planned release in March 2020. Developed originally by Hardsuit Labs, the game faced its first delay to an unspecified date in 2020, which was later extended to 2021.
During this timeframe, several key team members departed the project. In February 2021, Paradox Interactive announced that Hardsuit Labs would no longer be involved, and The Chinese Room would take over development. Subsequent delays saw the expected release shift from late 2024 to the first half of 2025, and now to late 2025.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 is scheduled for release in October 2025 across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Keep up with the latest developments by checking out our article below!
