The all-new *Call of Duty* Zombies map in *Black Ops 6* introduces a thrilling return of the iconic Wonder Weapon from *Black Ops II*—the Staff of Ice. If you're eager to wield this powerful weapon on The Tomb, here's your comprehensive guide.
In *Black Ops II*, the Staff of Ice required players to gather three specific parts to craft it. This tradition continues in *Black Ops 6*. However, for those itching to jump straight into the action on The Tomb, there's good news: you can obtain the Staff of Ice directly from the Mystery Box. Keep in mind, though, that this method relies on RNG luck. Using the “Wunderbar!” GobbleGum might tilt the odds in your favor, but it's no guarantee, especially with the Ray Gun also in the mix. For those who prefer a sure thing, here's how to build the Staff of Ice without leaving anything to chance.

The journey to crafting the Staff of Ice begins with the Monocle, the first and easiest part to acquire. In a match on The Tomb, the Monocle drops from the first Shock Mimic you kill. Simply walk over to the Monocle after defeating the Shock Mimic and press the interact button to add it to your inventory.
The next two parts, the Head Piece and the Staff Piece, follow similar acquisition processes, each requiring a puzzle and a lockdown survival challenge. These can be obtained in any order.
To secure the Head Piece, navigate to the Neolithic Catacombs. Here, you'll need to interact with a wall adorned with a cave painting. Initially, the wall might be dark, requiring you to light it up using the Dark Aether lanterns scattered around the area. Shoot a lantern with purple fire, and after a short while (typically at the start of the next round), the fire will move to another lantern. Continue this process until the lantern nearest to the painted wall is lit, revealing the symbols.
If the lanterns haven't spawned yet, visit the Dark Aether Nexus and return. If they're still absent, you may need to advance a few rounds.
With the symbols now visible, shoot them in the order of Roman Numerals from least to greatest: I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and X. Use a bullet weapon to avoid accidentally damaging multiple symbols. If you miss, you can resume from the last correct shot. Upon completing this sequence, a constellation on the wall will light up, initiating a lockdown. Survive the onslaught of zombies and special enemies, and the Head Piece will be available to collect from the mural and constellation wall.
The final piece, the Staff itself, is found in the Tombs room. Similar to the Head Piece, you'll need to manipulate the lanterns to light up the Bull Mural, with its head facing left and charging at Romans. Once illuminated, shoot the Roman Numerals in ascending order: I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, and VIII. This action will also trigger a lockdown. Survive it, and the Staff Piece will be ready for collection, ready to be assembled in the Dark Aether Nexus.
With all three parts in hand, head to the Dark Aether Nexus through the Door to Nowhere. At the central structure, use the interact button to place the Monocle, Head Piece, and Staff Piece. This action will trigger a massive zombie attack, including special and elite enemies, all aiming to disrupt the assembly process. Defend the Staff of Ice with everything you've got—stock up on perks, upgrade your weapons, and consider using GobbleGums like Kill Joy and Free Fire to boost your firepower.
Successfully defend the Staff, and it will be fully assembled, ready for you to claim and dominate the undead.
And that's how you get the Staff of Ice on The Tomb in *Black Ops 6* Zombies.
