Sonic Rumble Pre-Launch Starts in Select Regions

Remember Sonic Rumble? The upcoming Sonic game where Sonic the Hedgehog and his pals are trading in their high-speed adventures for a chaotic party in the style of Fall Guys? Well, after conducting its Closed Beta Test (CBT) earlier in May, Sonic Rumble is now ready for launch, or rather, pre-launch.

Where's The Sonic Rumble Pre-Launch Happening?

SEGA has launched Sonic Rumble in the Philippines on both Android and iOS. This marks Phase 1 of the Pre-Launch of Sonic Rumble, which will continue throughout the remaining summer. Once this phase concludes, all gameplay data collected during this early phase will be wiped clean.

During the fall, SEGA plans to initiate Pre-Launch 2, expanding the game's availability to Peru and Colombia. Following this, in Phase 3, additional regions will have the opportunity to play the game, though these regions have yet to be announced.

Subsequently, SEGA will open global pre-registration for the game, expected to occur by the end of this year or early next year. With the recent release of Fall Guys, Sonic Rumble is clearly aiming to kickstart the action as soon as possible.

What's The Game Like?

Sonic Rumble, akin to Stumble Guys and Fall Guys, features mini-games packed with crazy obstacles and wacky challenges. You can play solo or team up with friends to tackle the competition together.

However, Sonic Rumble adds a unique twist. Unlike the typical race to the finish line seen in Fall Guys, this game incorporates some of Sonic's classic villains, ensuring a true Sonic universe experience. You'll dodge obstacles while keeping an eye out for Dr. Eggman or other baddies who might disrupt your gameplay. If you're in the Philippines, you can dive into Sonic Rumble now via the Google Play Store.
