The beloved adult animated series, *Solar Opposites*, is set to conclude with its upcoming sixth season, as officially announced by Hulu. Fans can look forward to the final season premiering sometime in the last quarter of 2025. This news follows an earlier announcement in mid-2024 that confirmed the show's renewal for Season 6, though it did not hint at the time that this would be the series' finale.

Since its debut in 2020, *Solar Opposites* has captured audiences with its unique blend of humor and sci-fi storytelling. The show follows the misadventures of an alien family who, after fleeing their destroyed home planet, find themselves navigating life on Earth. Created by *Star Trek: Lower Decks* mastermind Mike McMahan and *Rick & Morty* co-creator Justin Roiland, the series has carved out a niche in the world of adult animation.

In a significant shift, Justin Roiland, who was initially involved in the show's creation, was removed in 2023 following charges of domestic violence. Although these charges were later dropped, Roiland did not return to the series. Instead, the talented English actor Dan Stevens stepped in to take over the lead voice role, bringing a fresh dynamic to the beloved characters.
