Back in the fall of 2022, we got our first glimpse that Silent Hill f was in the works. Since then, information has been hard to come by, but the wait is finally over. KONAMI is gearing up to unveil more about the project in a special presentation this week, set to stream on March 13 at 3:00 PM PDT.
A quick reminder: Silent Hill f is set in 1960s Japan, and the narrative is being crafted by Ryukishi07, a celebrated Japanese writer known for his work on the cult classic visual novels Higurashi no Naku Koro ni and Umineko no Naku Koro ni.
KONAMI has promised that Silent Hill f will offer a fresh perspective on the Silent Hill franchise, merging classic psychological survival horror with rich elements of Japanese culture and folklore.
While the Silent Hill 2 Remake was warmly welcomed by the community, fans of the series are eager for something completely new. Although the release date for Silent Hill f remains under wraps, we won't have to wait much longer for more details.
