RuneScape has just unveiled its latest challenge, the Gate of Elidinis, which introduces a new story quest and skilling boss. Embark on an epic adventure to restore the long-lost statue of Elidinis, a sacred artifact now under threat. This quest continues the narrative from the previous RuneScape quest, 'Ode of the Devourer,' bringing back familiar themes with fresh gameplay elements in The Gate of Elidinis.

Cleanse The Gate Of Elidinis In RuneScape

Originally a spiritual passage for the dead, the Gate of Elidinis has fallen to Amascut’s dark corruption. Instead of providing peace, it has become a haunting ground where lost souls are ensnared by Amascut’s malevolent influence. To combat this, players must confront the Gate of Elidinis boss, either solo or in groups of up to ten. Before engaging in battle, preparation is key. Players need to mine Moonstone and craft Spiritual Barriers to combat the corruption effectively.

Mastering skills such as Mining, Crafting, Divination, and Agility is crucial. These skills will be used to cleanse the shattered statue pieces and push back against Amascut’s influence. For more details on the update, check out the official announcement below!

Tons Of Rewards Are Up For Grabs

The rewards for cleansing the Gate of Elidinis are substantial and well worth the effort. Players can earn new skilling and combat gear, including the Runecrafting Off-Hand ‘Runic Attunement’ and the Divination Off-Hand ‘Memory Locus’. Additionally, there's a new Combat Prayer, a fresh God Book, and a charming new boss pet named Edie. For those seeking more, the Gate of Elidinis Hunt event offers the chance to collect shards and complete tasks to unlock cosmetic overrides and temporary buffs, with assistance from the Priestesses of Elidinis.
