In Baldur's Gate 3, the game is brimming with romance options that can enrich your adventure. Yet, some intriguing encounters, like the one with Naoise Nallinto at Sharess' Caress, can be easily overlooked due to the game's bustling narrative. This guide will illuminate where to find Naoise Nallinto and how to initiate a romance with her in Baldur's Gate 3.

Where to Find Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3

### Visit Sharess' Caress in Act III:

To encounter Naoise, you'll need to progress into the early stages of Act III. As you journey towards Baldur's Gate, you'll navigate through Wyrm's Crossing. Your initial visit to this area will lead you to meet Raphael at Sharess' Caress, a local brothel located along the eastern side of the bridge into the city.

If you've previously explored Wyrm's Crossing, you can fast-travel to the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing point, which will conveniently drop you right at the front porch of Sharess' Caress.

Look for Nymph's Grotto:

Naoise can be found in the Nymph's Grotto, a distinctive chamber on the second floor, accessible just after stepping through the door to the outside area. You'll recognize the right door by its accompanying green light and the ivy adorning the walls. While the door is locked, a successful lock-pick roll of 10 or higher will grant you entry.

How to Romance Naoise Nallinto in Baldur's Gate 3

### Interact with Naoise:

Upon entering, approach the bed where you'll find Naoise engaged with Jara, a Flaming Fist soldier, in an intimate moment. Your interruption will not sit well with Jara, and as she addresses you, a psychic connection between her tadpole and yours triggers. Jara accuses you of being someone else, prompting various dialogue options. We selected:

  • "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken."

Jara then mentions the Absolute and transforms into a Mindflayer, necessitating a battle to proceed. After defeating Jara, Naoise turns her attention to you, expressing an unusual attraction to Mindflayers. You can respond with several options, and we chose:

  • "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset."

An Insight check reveals Naoise's readiness for romance. Our subsequent choice was:

- "That creature aroused you, didn't it?"

Avoiding judgmental responses, Naoise confides that while she anticipated the Mindflayer, another 'flavor' might suffice. The dialogue options leading to romance are:

  • "What did you have in mind?"
  • "Close your eyes and listen."

This unique romantic encounter unfolds entirely within your mind. Naoise prompts you to choose what you will be, with options like:

  • Revered
  • Contented
  • Powerful
  • Rich
  • I think we're done here.

Opting for 'contented' initiates a brief romantic scene with Naoise. Once concluded, Naoise loses interest in further interactions, stating that she can offer 'rapture' only once. Our character was in a relationship with Karlach at the time, yet this encounter did not affect our existing romance. This appears to be consistent with other romanceable characters in the game.

Shadowheart will grant you the 'Carnal Rituals of Sharess' inspiration point following the encounter.

Upon successfully romancing Naoise, you'll receive the Rapture boon, which provides a passive 1d6 bonus to nearly all ability checks.
