Marvel Rivals Season 1 introduces exciting new content, including characters, maps, and modes, along with challenges unlocking rewards like a Thor skin. This guide focuses on triggering Recursive Destruction in the Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown map.
The initial "Blood Moon Over the Big Apple" challenge requires triggering Recursive Destruction. This occurs when destroying a Dracula-influenced object, causing it to reappear in its original state. However, not all objects work; only specific ones are targetable.
To locate these objects, utilize Chrono Vision (accessed via the "B" key on PC or the right D-pad button on consoles). Only red-highlighted objects will trigger Recursive Destruction.
This challenge requires playing Quick Match (Midtown). Initially, no red-highlighted objects will be visible. Wait for the first checkpoint; two buildings capable of triggering Recursive Destruction will then appear. Destroy these buildings multiple times to complete the challenge. The frantic nature of the match might obscure the reappearance of the buildings, but repeated strikes should suffice. If unsuccessful, simply replay the match. After completing this, subsequent challenges involve trying out Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman.
That's how to trigger Recursive Destruction in Empire of Eternal Night: Midtown in Marvel Rivals. The game is currently available on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.
