Portal Games Digital brings the popular board game Imperial Miners to Android! This digital card game challenges you to build the most efficient mine, strategically placing cards to create a thriving subterranean empire.
The game, designed by Tim Armstrong (known for Arcana Rising and Orbis) and illustrated by Hanna Kuik (Batman: Everybody Lies, Dune: House Secrets), puts you in charge of an underground excavation. You'll dig deeper, collect Crystals and Carts to earn Victory Points, and contend with unpredictable Events each round.
Imperial Miners' unique card-playing mechanic activates effects and triggers cards above, offering strategic depth. Six different factions allow for diverse combinations and replayability. Ten rounds of mine-building and three randomly selected Progress boards from six options ensure each game is unique.
Is it worth the $4.99 price tag on the Google Play Store? This clever engine-building game faithfully recreates the original board game's charm, making it a compelling digital experience for fans and newcomers alike. Check it out!
