As March kicks off and the days start to warm up, it's the perfect time to get outdoors—especially with the launch of Pokémon Go's latest season, Might and Mastery, set for March 4th, which is tomorrow! This new season is packed with exciting features that will make your Pokémon adventures even more thrilling.
One of the highlights of the Might and Mastery season is the introduction of Dynamax Raikou in five-star Max Battles. If facing off against a colossal electric tiger sounds exhilarating, you won't want to miss the special Dynamax Raikou Max Battle Weekend happening from March 15th to 16th. This event gives you a prime opportunity to battle this legendary Pokémon.
Finding Flare activity or Max Battles nearby can be challenging, but the new Campfire feature makes it easier than ever. By simply tapping the green icon under the compass in map view, you can connect with more trainers and join forces for exciting battles and adventures.
The fun doesn't stop there. The Go Battle League is getting updated with new cups like the Willpower Cup, Scroll Cup, Master Premiere, and Spring Cup. Plus, during Go Battle Week: Might and Mastery, you can earn extra Stardust and participate in free battle-themed Timed Research.
Pokédex collectors have something special to look forward to as well. Kubfu, the adorable and determined bear-like Pokémon, makes its debut in Pokémon Go through a free Special Research. And for those looking for even more excitement, the Paid Special Research offers a chance to encounter Dynamax Kubfu along with other unique rewards. With all these new features and events, you'll have plenty of reasons to enjoy the early spring sunshine.
