Should you summon Makiatto in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium? The answer is largely yes, but with some important considerations.
Reasons to Summon Makiatto:
Makiatto remains a top-tier single-target DPS unit, even in the established Chinese server. Her exceptional damage output makes her a valuable asset to any team. While she requires some manual control to maximize her potential and isn't ideal for auto-battle, her strength significantly outweighs this limitation. She synergizes exceptionally well with Suomi, a top-tier support character, forming a powerful freeze-based team composition. Even without a dedicated freeze team, Makiatto serves as a strong secondary DPS.
Reasons to Skip Makiatto:
If you've already secured a strong team foundation, Makiatto might be redundant. Specifically, if you've reroled and obtained Qiongjiu, Suomi, and Tololo, Makiatto's value diminishes. While Tololo's late-game performance might be enhanced by future updates, having Qiongjiu and Tololo already provides a solid DPS core, particularly with Sharkry's support for Qiongjiu. In this scenario, conserving resources for future characters like Vector and Klukay would be a more strategic move. Unless you require a second team for challenging boss encounters, Makiatto offers limited additional benefit.
Ultimately, the decision hinges on your current roster and strategic priorities. If you're lacking a strong single-target DPS or aim to build a potent freeze team, Makiatto is a worthwhile investment. However, if you've already established a powerful core team, prioritizing future units might be more beneficial. For more Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium guides and strategies, check out The Escapist.
