Are you tired of soulslike games yet? In recent years, we've seen an influx of them, but if a game is well-made, who are we to judge? 2022 and 2024 were significant years for soulslike fans, thanks to Elden Ring. However, there was no time for boredom in between, as 2023 brought us one of the best soulslike action games created outside of FromSoftware—Lies of P.
And since nobody is bringing Bloodborne back anytime soon, let's celebrate the return of the Korean version of Pinocchio—Round8 has officially announced the long-promised expansion, Lies of P: Overture.
Players will visit the city of Krat during the final days of its golden era, uncovering eerie secrets. The expansion is set to release this summer, and the trailer looks stunning. In many ways, it can compete with Tides of Annihilation, while the already established setting works in its favor.
The prequel to Lies of P is scheduled to release this summer, according to the developers, which means we don’t have to wait too long.
