The PC version of Stellar Blade is set to launch on Steam on June 11, bringing with it a host of PC-specific features, as revealed by a trailer that Sony inadvertently leaked. The trailer, which was briefly published by Sony Interactive Entertainment on the PlayStation YouTube channel before being removed, also introduced a Complete Edition of Shift Up's acclaimed PS5 action game. Despite the quick removal, the internet managed to capture the trailer, which is expected to be officially released soon.

Stellar Blade on PC comes packed with features such as AI upscaling via Nvidia DLSS 4 and AMD FSR 3, an unlocked framerate, voiceovers in Japanese and Chinese, ultrawide display support, enhanced environmental textures, and DualSense support for haptic feedback and trigger effects.

The trailer also showcased a new boss battle against Mann, Leader of the Sentinels, and introduced 25 new costumes, which are expected to be available on PS5 as well. Additionally, a mysterious scene at the end of the trailer where Eve releases a memory stick, not seen in the original game, has sparked speculation about a new ending or potential future DLC.

The trailer confirms the Stellar Blade Complete Edition is coming to both PC and PS5. Stellar Blade was a significant success for Korean developer Shift Up, generating $43 million in royalties in the last financial year. The studio anticipates that the PC version will surpass the sales of the PS5 version, which sold over a million copies within two months. Shift Up has expressed interest in developing another game in the franchise.

In Stellar Blade, players assume the role of Eve, fighting to reclaim Earth from unknown invaders in a fast-paced action RPG. The game received a 7/10 from IGN, praised for its action elements but noted for its lackluster characters, story, and some frustrating RPG mechanics. Despite these critiques, it quickly sold a million copies, proving its popularity.
