One side quest, "A Good Scrub," unlocks a series of bathhouse-related tasks, culminating in a search for a flea-infested item. Here's how to find it for Betty in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*.

Embark on "A Good Scrub"

Initiate this quest by speaking with the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about work, then find Betty at her bathhouse (southeast Kuttenberg). Accept her offer to help find Matsek in Grund. Locate Matsek in the courtyard, speak with the three girls, and escort them back to the bathhouse.

Promote the Bathhouse

Next, assist Betty in promoting the bathhouse. Deliver her prepared speech at the grain market, horse market, vintners' street, and merchants' street. Remember, this must be done during daylight hours.

Clean Up and Complete "A Good Scrub"

Clean the bathhouse before the alderman's inspection. Failure to do so promptly will result in the bathhouse's closure and prevent you from proceeding with "Ill Repute."

Finding Fleas for ‘Ill Repute’

After a successful inspection, speak with Betty again about the bathhouse's ongoing issues. To influence the council's decision, you must persuade Councillor Naaz to abandon a rival bathhouse. Gather information from Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida.

Obtain chamomile brew and add it to the wine cask on the rival bathhouse's second floor. You may need to give Lida a noblewoman's dress (from a tailor) to learn the Councillor's preference for fragrant oils. Alternatively, you can steal oils from a cabinet on the third floor.

Finally, Katcha mentions the bathhouse's past flea infestation. To find the flea-infested item, search the beggars' camp near Kuttenberg's east gate. Examine their sacks for a flea-infested blanket.

Once you have the blanket, return to the rival bathhouse and discreetly place the fleas in Councillor Naaz's laundry basket (and a clean basket).

Note: Completing just one of the three tasks (brew, oils, or fleas) is enough to force the councillor's departure. This allows you to finish the quest and proceed to other quests like "Axe from the Lake."
