Hearthstone Is Releasing Its Next Expansion, The Emerald Dream, Soon

Hearthstone's Emerald Dream expansion arrives March 25th, introducing 145 new cards, fresh mechanics, and legendary Wild Gods. This magical yet perilous expansion offers players a choice: defend Ysera's realm or embrace the chaos.

New Keywords and Mechanics:

The core mechanic is "Imbue," granting blessings from the World Tree to Druids, Hunters, Mages, Paladins, Priests, and Shamans. Playing an Imbue card upgrades your Hero Power, with subsequent Imbue cards further enhancing it. For example, Hunters receive the Blessing of the Wolf.

Conversely, "Dark Gifts" offers corrupted power to Death Knights, Demon Hunters, Rogues, Warlocks, and Warriors. These twisted enhancements work with Discover options, allowing the creation of powerful, nightmarish minions. Ten unique Dark Gifts await.

Legendary Wild Gods:

Each class receives a legendary Wild God minion, representing colossal forces of nature. Some have succumbed to corruption, creating a compelling faction divide between Dream protectors and Nightmare embracers.
