Genshin Impact 5.3 Update Coming Next Year: Mark Your Calendars!

Genshin Impact fans, get ready for a thrilling start to the new year! Version 5.3, titled "Incandescent Ode of Resurrection," is set to launch on January 1st, 2025, and it's packed with exciting new content. The wait until the new year might feel long, but trust us, it's worth it!

On New Year's Day, dive into MiHoYo's beloved third-person ARPG and claim an array of free rewards. You'll receive 1600 Primogems, a new glider called "Wings of Fate's Course Intertwined," 10 Intertwined Fates, a free four-star Liyue character, and a fresh outfit for Xiangling. These goodies will be distributed through in-game mail, daily log-in events, and the upcoming Festive Fever event.

The main story advances with Act Five of the Natlan's Archon Quest, where Mauvika and the Traveler will finally confront the Abyss in an epic battle. Additionally, you'll gain access to the new Pyro element. Three new characters will debut: five-star characters Mavuika and Citlali, and four-star character Lan Yan, each bringing unique abilities to the game, including a motorbike for Mavuika.
