In Freedom Wars Remastered, the Cell Garden is a crucial area within your Panopticon that you'll encounter early in the main storyline. Not only is it a key location for progressing the story, but it also serves as a safe haven for farming resources, offering a less perilous alternative to venturing into operations.
Throughout the game, you'll discover multiple Cell Gardens, and the method to locate each one remains consistent across different levels. Below, we'll guide you through finding the Cell Garden entrances and explain how to utilize them effectively for resource farming.
Your journey to the Cell Garden begins when Mattias assigns you the task of investigating the ghost girl story. To reach the Cell Garden, head to Level 2's main cell block, 2-A000. From your cell, turn left to spot a small room resembling an elevator. Interact with it to be transported to 2-E165, the same location where you encountered Enzo.
Upon entering 2-E165, hug the right wall until you reach another small room equipped with a device that will take you to 2-G100. The final step involves using the device in the far room of 2-G100, which will transport you directly to the Cell Garden.
This route to the Cell Garden remains the same on every level. To streamline your travel, consider unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement, which significantly reduces the time spent navigating to the Cell Garden. Once you complete the main quest associated with the Cell Garden, you can revisit it at any time or explore other Cell Gardens. However, it's advisable to first acquire a beneficial Entitlement.
Each device leading to the next room or the Cell Garden is clearly marked with a blue door icon, making them easy to identify.
The Cell Garden's functionality differs between the main story mission and subsequent visits. Here's how it operates outside the story context:
To enhance your time in the Cell Garden, you can purchase Entitlements from the Window on Liberty. These upgrades can extend your stay, with the first one allowing two minutes, available after reaching CODE level 3. This is particularly useful as some layouts may include more complex puzzle elements, requiring additional time to navigate and collect resources effectively.
