FFXIV Little Ladies Day 2025: Rewards and Completion Guide

How to Unlock and Complete Little Ladies Day Event 2025 in FFXIV

Unlike other seasonal events in FFXIV, the 2025 Little Ladies Day event is straightforward and accessible to everyone. All you need is a job level of 15 or higher to begin the event quest. While you’re at it, don’t forget to check out the ongoing Moogle Treasure Trove Phantasmagoria event with the Initerant Moogle in Ul’dah—or any major city in the game—until Patch 7.2.

A Princely Persona Quest

Teleport to Ul’dah – The Steps of Nald. Head to the coordinates (X:10.5, Y:8.6) to find the lalafell NPC named Royal Seneschal. Speak to them to initiate the “A Princely Persona” quest.

Next, travel to the Steps of Thal area and locate Picot at (X:10.2, Y:12.4) near Eshtaime’s Aesthetics. He'll direct you to gather information from three residents in the area. Two NPCs can be found along the Sapphire Exchange, while the third stands outside the Weaver’s Guild.

Once you've spoken to all three, return to Picot at the Gold Court (X:11.2, Y:10.8) and select either dialogue option to finish the quest.

A Princely Debut Quest

Pick up the “A Princely Debut” quest from Picot and meet him back in the Steps of Nald, at the front of the Ruby Road exchange. Speak to him again, and you’ll see a prompt indicating that the event cannot be skipped. Cancel any pending Duty Finder queues if necessary. Choose to ‘examine the stage with Picot’.

This triggers a mini-puzzle where you help define Picot’s Seneschal Prince persona. You have four options: the ‘Royal Seneschal’, the ‘Songbirds Fans’, the ‘Quicksand Employee’, and Picot himself. Select three options to proceed, then volunteer to speak to Marabel while Picot prepares for his performance.

Head back to Marabel at Eshtaime’s Aesthetics (X:10.1, Y:12.4) in the Steps of Thal, then return to the Steps of Nald and speak to the Royal Seneschal once more.

The performance kicks off, showcasing Picot’s new fashion ensemble. The Songbird trio makes an appearance and expresses their approval. Speak to the Royal Seneschal one final time to conclude the event and claim your rewards.

All Rewards in the 2025 Little Ladies Day Event

After finishing all the quests, you’ll earn the complete Seneschal Prince glamour set, a replica of Picot’s outfit from the finale. Each piece includes two dye slots, making customization a breeze. As a Level 1 universal set, it can be worn with any job in the game.

Additionally, you can talk to the ‘Royal Handmaiden’ NPC (located to the left of the Royal Seneschal) to choose between two extra items: Peach Confetti and Cherry Confetti, both costing 10 gil.

The event runs from March 3 until March 17 at 8 am PST, so don’t miss out on this exclusive glamour set.
