Delta Force Revival: Tactical Shooter Now Available

by Owen Apr 25,2025

Garena has just launched Delta Force, a much-anticipated revival of the iconic tactical shooter series, now available on iOS and Android platforms. This multiplatform release brings the thrill of both tactical extraction shooter gameplay and expansive 24v24 battles, where players can engage in combat across land, sea, and air using a variety of vehicles.

Delta Force's mobile debut coincides with the launch of the new season, Eclipse Vigil, which introduces players to a night and dusk-themed map for Operations and Warfare modes. This season also brings new night-vision goggles and introduces Nox, a new operator with abilities designed for strategy and subterfuge, adding depth to the gameplay.

The excitement surrounding Delta Force's release is palpable, with Garena reporting over 25 million pre-registrations. This enthusiasm is fueled by the game's commitment to a non-pay-to-win model, an in-game marketplace for trading gear, cross-progression, and other core features.

Key among these is the long-awaited Kill Cam feature, a staple in first-person shooters. Additionally, the sound design has been revamped, which is crucial for the new low-light maps like Blackout and Trench Lines.

Alongside these updates, Delta Force adds new weapons, gadgets, and vehicles, as well as a new event called 'Critical Point,' where the Threshold map dynamically changes under specific conditions. This offers fans of large-scale multiplayer battles a taste of familiar gameplay elements reminiscent of the Battlefield series.

For those eager to dive into Delta Force but concerned about hardware compatibility, don't worry. If your device struggles with the game's rich graphics, you can explore other top shooters available on iOS and Android platforms.
