Koei Tecmo has unveiled an exciting new trailer for Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation PRISM, a romance game that expands on the beloved Team Ninja fighting game series. Scheduled for release on March 27, the game will be available on PS5, PS4, and PC. A special "global version" will also be offered for sale in Asia, featuring English text to broaden its accessibility.
In Venus Vacation PRISM, players can immerse themselves in a tropical island setting, engaging in various mini-games, altering character personas, and forging deep relationships with the heroines. This title promises a rich romantic narrative, offering fans of the Dead or Alive series a unique and immersive gaming experience while staying true to the franchise's distinctive style.
While Venus Vacation PRISM represents a bold new direction for the series, Koei Tecmo remains vigilant in managing the franchise's image. Each year, the publisher actively removes approximately 200-300 doujinshi and 2,000-3,000 images featuring the game's characters. This action underscores the company's commitment to maintaining the integrity of the Dead or Alive brand, even as fans continue to create and share "adult" content inspired by the series' iconic heroines, often depicted in swimwear during combat.
