The excitement continues to build in Wizardry Variants Daphne, the beloved mobile adaptation of the classic dungeon-crawling RPG franchise. The game is set to welcome a new legendary-tier character, Arbois, King of the Forest, who will be making his grand entrance alongside the thrilling new Fighter Proving Grounds event. This unique dungeon not only introduces new challenges but also comes with its own set of intriguing entry rules.
Let's dive into the lore of Arbois. This majestic elf, known as the Lord of the Deep Forest, leads a legion of thieves with an iron grip. His signature move, Astral Break, deals earth-type physical damage that bypasses the enemy's defense power. Moreover, it enhances the action speed of Arbois and any allies positioned directly in front of or behind him for 4 turns. Under his leadership ability, Lord of the Deep Forest, evil and neutral allies adjacent to Arbois benefit from increased evasion and action speed. However, you'll need to act fast to recruit Arbois, as he will only be available through the Unique Remains: Lord of the Deep Forest event and Remains of the Extraordinary Thief Who United the Deep Forest, both running until April 30th.
Now, let's turn our attention to the Fighter Proving Grounds event. This limited-time dungeon, available until April 16th, challenges you to venture in with a team of just three adventurers—fighters or wanderers. Your mission? To locate the Master within the dungeon and unlock the secret arts of the fighter. Engaging in this event is not just about the thrill of the challenge; it also offers Ruler of the Deep Forest missions exclusive to this area. Completing these missions can reward you with Unique Remains: Lord of the Deep Forest and up to 400 Marks of Fighter Mastery.
