Panam Palmer is one of the most captivating romance options for V in Cyberpunk 2077, but winning her heart is no easy feat. Romancing Panam involves completing several key quests, each bringing you closer to a meaningful relationship with this fiery and independent member of the Aldecaldos. Whether you're new to Night City or looking to deepen your connection with Panam, follow this guide to navigate your way through the romance.

To start your journey, you'll need to reach Act 2 of Cyberpunk 2077 and ensure you're playing as a Male V with the Male V Body Type, as this is a requirement for romancing Panam. Below, you'll find a detailed walkthrough of each mission necessary to win over Panam.

Complete Ghost Town

Ghost Town is a pivotal Main Job that you'll encounter after the Playing for Time quest at the beginning of Act 2. This mission introduces you to Panam Palmer, a Nomad with a fiery spirit. Initially, your meeting might be rocky, but helping Panam can change the course of your relationship.

Start by talking to Panam and agreeing to help her retrieve her car from the Raffen at Rocky Ridge. Whether you choose stealth or go in guns blazing, the key moment comes after Panam gets her car back and seeks revenge against Nash. When she asks for your help, respond with "OK. So where’s this hideout?" This leads you both to the Raffen Shiv hideout to confront Nash and his crew. After the mission, ask Panam "Feel better now?" and celebrate at the Sunset Motel.

At the motel's bar, share a beer with Panam and choose either:

• [Drink] To your ride!
• [Drink] To what’s ahead!

Flirt with Panam after she mentions getting a room by suggesting, "Maybe we get just one room?" Although she might not catch on right away, this sets the stage for future romance. End the mission by resting at the motel.

Complete Lightning Breaks

After waking up at the Sunset Motel, head to the garage to start Lightning Breaks. Here, you'll assist Panam with her car and embark on a mission to bring down the Kang Tao AV and kidnap Anders Hellman. Stick close to Panam and follow her instructions, as this mission sets the groundwork for the next quest, Life During Wartime.

Complete Life During Wartime

In this mission, you'll resume Mitch at the crashed Kang Tao AV alongside Panam. It doesn't matter who shoots the Kang Tao guard, but show empathy by choosing the dialogue option, "I’m sorry about Scorpion," when the moment arises.

Later, when confronted by Saul and the Aldecaldos, defend Panam by selecting, "It really wasn’t Panam’s fault." After the mission, respond to Panam's message with, "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game hours or days, complete other missions, and Panam will call to start Riders of the Storm.

Remember, you must head to the Aldecaldos Camp within 24 in-game hours after starting Riders of the Storm, or you'll fail Panam’s romance quests.

Complete Riders of the Storm

At the Aldecaldos Camp, Panam will need your help to rescue Saul, who's been kidnapped by the Wraiths. Show your commitment by choosing, "We’re chooms, that’s why," and opt to ride with Panam by selecting, "Yeah, ‘course."

Rescue Saul from the Wraith’s compound using either stealth or force. After escaping into the sandstorm, mediate an argument between Panam and Saul with:

• Let’s take it easy – you’re both tired.
• Shitty idea, Panam’s right.

Use this opportunity to flirt with Panam by selecting:

• Pleased with your stay, ma’am?
• You’d be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma’am.
• [Touch Panam’s thigh] Got a few ideas.

Although Panam might initially reject your advances, the next morning, stop her before she leaves on her motorcycle and say, "[Stop Panam] Wait. About last night…" This leads to a kiss and Johnny's approval as you watch Panam ride off into the Badlands.

Complete With a Little Help from My Friends

After a few in-game days, Panam will call again for help at the Aldecaldos Camp. Agree to assist her by selecting, "OK, I’m in," and choose to ride with her, "I’m riding with you."

At the trainyard, climb the tower with Panam and engage in conversation, selecting:

• [Stand by window] Missed you.
• So let’s start.
• Great plan. What went wrong?
• So far, so good.
• Why’s it different with me?
• [Touch Panam’s hand] Next time, try following that impulse.

These choices further your romance with Panam. At the campfire, opt for "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold" to continue building your connection.

Complete Queen of the Highway

After With a Little Help from My Friends, wait a day and return to the Aldecaldos Camp when Panam calls. Enter the Basilisk with Panam and flirt by saying, "Nice and cozy in here."

After driving and shooting abandoned cars, sync your synapses with Panam by choosing, "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let’s go." This leads to a love scene that solidifies your relationship.

Back at the camp, continue the dialogue with:

• [Drink] Listen, what happened in the Basilisk…
• I’d love to. But I can’t.
• [Stand] I’ll think it over, I promise.

After the Relic's malfunction, when Mitch and Saul ask you to stay, say, "I can stay for a bit. Thanks." Walk with Panam to your vehicle and respond:

• Honestly? I dunno.
• [Kiss Panam] Thanks for being here for me.

This completes Panam’s romance quests, unlocking The Star ending and allowing for a continued relationship with her.

How to Go on Dates with Panam

Thanks to Cyberpunk 2077’s Update 2.1, you can now engage in the mission I Really Want To Stay At Your House after romancing Panam. Respond to her message and invite her to any of your apartments (except Dogtown). Enjoy a cozy night in, strengthening your bond further.
