Clash Heroes Revived through Project R.I.S.E.

by Lily Feb 23,2025

Clash Heroes isn't dead, not exactly. While cancelled, its visual legacy lives on! Supercell's new pre-alpha title, Project R.I.S.E., will utilize Clash Heroes' art assets. This means the unique style of Clash Heroes will continue in this new roguelite action game.

Despite initial impressions, Project R.I.S.E. isn't a direct Clash Heroes sequel. It's a distinct social roguelite where three players team up to conquer The Tower. Watch the developer video below for more details!

What is carried over from Clash Heroes? Primarily, the art style. The visual elements and assets will be central to Project R.I.S.E.'s aesthetic. While disappointing for those anticipating a Clash Heroes continuation, at least a part of it persists.

Project R.I.S.E.: A Closer Look

Regarding R.I.S.E., cautious optimism is warranted. Supercell's history of cancelling underperforming games is well-documented. The recent launch of Squad Busters might also impact R.I.S.E.'s development, raising questions about its viability within Supercell's already competitive social gaming portfolio.

Project R.I.S.E. isn't entirely new; it's been in development for some time. Its pre-alpha stage, however, offers hope for a soon-to-be-released experience infused with the resurrected visuals of Clash Heroes.
