Warcraft's 30th Anniversary Celebrated in Candy Crush Saga!
Believe it or not, Blizzard is celebrating Warcraft's 30th anniversary with a crossover event in Candy Crush Saga! From November 22nd to December 6th, players can choose to join Team Tiffi (Humans) or Team Yeti (Orcs) in a series of competitive match-3 challenges.
This unexpected collaboration pits the iconic Warcraft factions against each other in a tournament format featuring qualifiers, knockouts, and a final showdown. Victorious players will earn impressive rewards, including 200 in-game gold bars!
A Sweet Twist for the Horde?
This collaboration is certainly unexpected, but perhaps not entirely surprising considering the immense popularity of both Warcraft and Candy Crush, and their shared connection through Activision Blizzard. The event showcases Warcraft's widespread appeal, reaching beyond its traditional hardcore gaming fanbase.
