You can train your muscles daily, but if your character's level is too low, you'll need to eat! And the gym schedule is continuous!

Bodybuilding activities are organized into four main menus:

Gym: Featuring the most essential and impactful workouts in this gym simulator.

Barbershop: Offers hair and facial hairstyles in six colors. This does not impact your workout.

Restaurant: For building bigger muscles and reducing fat. If your character is tired, you cannot exercise. Choose from six food options. Opt for lower fat to reveal six-pack abs!

Nutritions: With gainers, your progress in the bodybuilding gym can be much faster.

In this bodybuilding game, you can perform workouts for Abdominals, Back, Biceps, Calves, Chest, Forearms, Legs, Thighs, Shoulders, and Triceps.
