La campagne de connexion gratuite de Final Fantasy XIV!
Square Enix a relancé sa campagne de connexion gratuite populaire pour Final Fantasy XIV, donnant aux joueurs avec des comptes inactifs une chance de retourner à Eorzea pendant une durée limitée. Cette campagne se déroule jusqu'au 6 février 2025, offrant aux joueurs éligibles quatre jours consécutifs de gameplay gratuit sur PC, PlayStation et Xbox.
La campagne a commencé le 9 janvier 2025 et le minuteur de quatre jours commence à se connecter au lanceur de jeux. L'admissibilité nécessite un compte Final Fantasy XIV précédemment acheté et enregistré qui est inactif depuis au moins 30 jours avant le début de la campagne. Les comptes suspendus ou annulés en raison des conditions de violations de services ne sont pas éligibles. Les joueurs peuvent vérifier leur éligibilité à travers la station MOG.
Ce retour gratuit coïncide avec la récente version de Patch 7.15, avec de nouvelles quêtes secondaires dans l'expansion de Dawntrail, y compris la continuation du scénario Hildibrand et un nouveau client de livraison personnalisé. Le message du nouvel an du producteur et réalisateur Naoki Yoshida a confirmé les correctifs à venir 7.2 et 7.3 pour 2025, ainsi que des mises à jour plus petites, et ont fait allusion à de futurs développements dans le scénario principal de Dawntrail.
Alors que les grandes mises à jour de contenu sont toujours à l'horizon, la campagne de connexion gratuite offre une excellente occasion pour les joueurs excités de rattraper le scénario de Dawntrail et de participer à l'événement HeavenSturn en cours (jusqu'au 16 janvier), qui récompense un serviteur à tous participants. Le patch 7.16, concluant la série Dawntrail Role Quest, sera également lancé le 21 janvier. Le mystère entourant le récit futur de Dawntrail, laissant les joueurs anticiper avec impatience les prochaines annonces de Square Enix.
