Five Dice is a dice game very similar to YAHTZEE*, Yachty, Yatzy, and others. It adheres to the classic Yahtzee rules. With its simple, intuitive interface, it's perfect for a quick game while waiting in line, at an appointment, or during any spare moment you have.

TRADITIONAL GAME MODE:

Traditional mode closely follows the standard YAHTZEE rules. Each player gets up to 3 rolls per turn over 13 total turns. Tap dice to hold them between rolls. Maximize your score by rolling at least three-of-a-kind in the left-side categories. Score 63+ on the left side to earn a 35-point bonus. Also score for 3 of a Kind, 4 of a Kind, Full House, Small Straight, Large Straight, Five Dice, and Chance on the right side. Your first Five Dice (five of a kind) scores 50 points, with a 100-point bonus for each subsequent one. Compete on the dedicated Traditional mode leaderboard.

SEQUENTIAL GAME MODE:

In Sequential mode, you must fill scores in a strict order:

Left Side - 1's through 6's (in order)

Right Side - 3 of a Kind through Chance (in order)

At the start, all score categories are locked and grayed out. After your first roll each turn, the next valid category in sequence unlocks and turns white. After your three rolls, you must assign the score to that specific unlocked category. The only exception is if you roll a Five Dice, which can be scored immediately, after which the sequence resumes. Additional Five Dices earn a 100-point bonus but do not change the scoring order. Sequential mode has its own separate leaderboard.

RUSSIAN ROULETTE GAME MODE:

You get only one roll per turn, then you must assign a score—even if it's a zero. The challenge is to maximize your score with this high-risk rule. Can you master the strategy? Russian Roulette mode also features its own exclusive leaderboard.

PLUS GAME MODE:

Plus mode lets you carry over unused rolls to future turns. While a standard game has 13 turns of 3 rolls each, a Plus game starts with 3 rolls per turn. Any rolls you don't use get added to the next turn. For example, using only 2 rolls on your first turn gives you 4 rolls on your second turn. If you then use only 1 of those 4, you'll have 6 rolls on your third turn, and so on. Plus mode comes with its own leaderboard.

SCORING:

After each roll, all valid scoring options are highlighted in yellow for easy decision-making. You decide where to place each turn's score. A game consists of thirteen turns, with up to 3 rolls per turn. Tap dice to hold them for the next roll. After your third roll (or whenever you stop), you must assign a score before moving to the next turn. The first Five Dice is worth 50 points, with a 100-point bonus for each one after. Score 63 or more on the left side of the scorecard to earn a 35-point bonus.
