This popular card game, played by three players with a 24-card deck, has undergone exciting updates.

Core Gameplay Rules:

• Barrel Goal: Reach 880 points to achieve a "barrel."
• Unsuccessful Barrel Attempts: Three failed barrel attempts result in a point reset.
• Bolt Penalty: No points earned in a round results in a "bolt." Three bolts incur a 120-point penalty.
• Forfeiture Penalty: Forfeiting the game results in a penalty equal to the current score, with each remaining player receiving half that amount.

Game Settings & Options:

• Winning Condition: Exceed 1000 points to win.
• Point Reset: Scores of 555 or -555 trigger a point reset.
• Solo Barrel Play: A player with 880 points can play a barrel round on their turn without bidding. "Own turn" is determined by having the right of first call in bidding. Winning a solo barrel grants the talon regardless of other players' hands. Failure results in a 120-point penalty. Three failures reset the score. If a player attempts a barrel without "own turn," the round proceeds normally without points awarded or unsuccessful tries counted. Multiple players can simultaneously have 880 points; barrel priority is determined by turn order.
• Card Redistribution: A configurable threshold triggers a new card distribution if the talon or a player's hand falls below that point value.
• Ace Marriage: This option is available.
• Golden Round: This option is available.
• Simultaneous Barrel Plays: The game allows multiple players to attempt a barrel simultaneously.
