Tashleeh Pro acts as a mediator in the process of buying or selling car parts, connecting importers with consumers, whether they are companies or individuals.

The App’s primary goal is to simplify and speed up the purchasing journey, from the initial order to final delivery. We ensure customers receive their parts as quickly and efficiently as possible, at the lowest available prices.

The App’s operating procedure

1. When a consumer places an order, it is sent to all importers. Tashleeh Pro then searches for the best offers with the lowest prices and presents them to the consumer to guarantee top-quality service.

2. The app lets consumers browse all offers received and gives them complete freedom to choose the best one.

3. The app enables consumers to share offers via specific social media platforms.

4. The app allows consumers to select their preferred payment method, facilitating the transaction whether through electronic payment or cash on delivery.

5. The app lets consumers choose their delivery method—either through the app's own delivery service for efficient home delivery or by picking up the order directly from the importer’s shop.

6. Through the app, consumers can track their order status via external notifications, the app's notification page/screen, or by directly checking the order status.

7. The app allows consumers to contact management at any time to submit comments or complaints.

8. The app allows consumers to rate services and send feedback for the app management to review.

9. The app allows consumers to specify their vehicle and list its models, streamlining the process of sending orders to importers.
