Get ready, horror fans! Maid of Sker, a critically acclaimed survival horror game, is coming to Android this September! Previously terrifying PC and console players, this chilling experience is finally arriving on your mobile device. Here's a sneak peek:
The year is 1898. You are Thomas Evans, caught in a remote hotel with a dark, bloody history. Your investigation into the sinister events on Sker Island—the very island featured in the song 'Y Ferch O’r Scer' and the novel, The Maid of Sker—takes a terrifying turn. Thomas becomes the target of a ruthless cult.
Survival depends on stealth and cunning. Your enemies are acutely sensitive to sound. A single misplaced object can attract unwanted attention. But their heightened hearing is also a weakness you can exploit, using sound to your advantage and disorienting your pursuers.
Adding to the atmosphere is a unique soundtrack. Iconic Welsh hymns like Calon Lân and Ar Hyd Y Nos are reimagined, creating an even more unsettling experience thanks to the vocals of Tia Kalmaru.
Pre-register on the Google Play Store now! The game is expected to launch around September 10th. Enjoy a free introductory chapter upon release, with the full game available for $5.99.
