GSC Game World has unveiled S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy - Enhanced Edition, a next-generation upgrade for the original trilogy launching May 20 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
The Enhanced Edition bundles remastered versions of Shadow of Chernobyl (2007), Clear Sky (2008), and Call of Pripyat (2009), featuring visual enhancements, next-gen optimizations, and improved modding capabilities across all titles.
Current owners of the trilogy on Xbox Series X/S or PS5 will receive the Enhanced Edition as a free update.
PC players who own the original games get the Enhanced versions at no cost, while new purchases include both editions. The trilogy bundle retails for $39.99, with individual titles priced at $19.99.
Cross-platform saves aren't supported—game progress remains platform-specific.
PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions offer multiple frame rate options: standard 30FPS and 60FPS modes, plus VRR-exclusive 40FPS and 120FPS settings for compatible displays.
The Enhanced Edition introduces three console graphics presets: Quality Balanced, Performance, and Ultra Performance modes.
